台灣與新加坡新創企業舉辦台新淨零高峰論壇
| TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Taiwan and Singapore held the Tai-Sin Startup Summit Forum on Tuesday to bring entrepreneurs and investors together to explore new areas for growth, CNA reported.
The forum included discussions on how AI drives startup growth, trends in venture capital, and new business opportunities across Southeast Asia. Officials from Singapore’s Economic Development Board and Startup Island TAIWAN also joined the event. Lin Yi-cheng (林奕丞), president of the Asia Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce Junior Chapter, said he hoped the forum would help young Taiwanese entrepreneurs learn and team up with others in Asia. He said he wants more Taiwan startups to get a foothold in Singapore. Taiwan’s Deputy Representative to Singapore, Wu Wen-ling (吳文齡), said Taiwan has strong tech skills, while Singapore has deep funding and a solid startup ecosystem. Wu said working together can spark new ideas and open new business opportunities. Wu noted that this year also marks the 10th edition of Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology, which takes place from Wednesday to Friday. He said many Taiwanese startups are expected to attend the event. Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology is an annual event that gathers global startups, investors, and industry experts to share ideas and showcase new technologies. It aims to boost collaboration and drive innovation across Asia’s tech ecosystem. |
