S Korea’s Hart Tiramisu lands in Taiwan for a knock-out dessert debut
韓國 Hart Tiramisu 登陸台灣,首次亮相甜點界
TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — South Korean dessert brand Hart Tiramisu made its international debut in Taiwan on Friday, launching its first overseas pop-up and introducing its signature “knock tiramisu” to local fans.
The debut pop-up opened at Taipei’s Shin Kong Mitsukoshi A11 and will run through Feb. 28. Additional locations will follow at Hsinchu Big City from Aug. 15 to Jan. 5, and Taipei 101 from Sept. 2 to Nov. 29. Famed for its interactive presentation, the brand’s signature tiramisu features espresso-soaked sponge, airy mascarpone mousse, and cocoa cookie crumbs beneath a crisp, heart-shaped chocolate shell. Customers crack the shell with a custom-designed spoon, adding a playful and symbolic element to the experience. To celebrate its Taiwan launch, Hart Tiramisu is offering a limited-edition strawberry milk tiramisu. The special version features a pink chocolate shell and mousse infused with strawberry and milk flavors. Each tiramisu is priced at NT$1,280 (US$43). As a launch exclusive, customers will receive a collectible heart-shaped charm themed around the Taipei pop-ups, while supplies last. The brand told Taiwan News the launch was timed to coincide with the upcoming Qixi Festival — also known as Lunar Valentine’s Day — which falls on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month. Inspired by the romantic legend of the cowherd and the weaver girl, the holiday celebrates love and longing — a fitting backdrop for Hart Tiramisu’s debut. |
